Cilia Katrali x Savina: live at Bras de Frères

Two of the alternative scene's boldest voices, indie-pop and experimental, on one stage. Fri 11 Dec, 21:00, Bras de Frères. €7.

Cilia Katrali writes strange, theatrical songs that rarely bother with an ending, and Savina's sound swings between tender and explosive, built around memory, identity and freedom; together they are one of the more interesting pairings on the Greek alternative scene this winter. The tour mixes their crossovers, indie-pop anthems and experimental moments, with Alex Moratis on guitar, Vangelis Koukounias on keys and guests along the way. Chania is one of only eight stops, and it lands at Bras de Frères by the old harbour on Friday 11 December at 21:00. Tickets are €7 in presale and €10 on the door, so booking ahead is the obvious move.
