Argyros is the closest thing modern Greek music has to a stadium act, and putting him on a beach on 14 August, the eve of the biggest holiday of the Greek year, is a deliberate move. Half of Athens is on Crete that week and a good part of it will be here. Expect the crowd to be young, loud and word-perfect. Doors are 20:00 and, as with every Cabana Mare concert, the headline set comes much later, so eat first.
